33cl bottle via Beer52: BB 6th May 2022. Drank in Devon on 13th Aug 2021, while staying with Matt & Amy. Black, well almost black, tanned head that stayed a while. Ground coffee aroma with a mini singed/over roasted undertone. Taste similar, coffee that has been left too long in the roaster. Bitter overall because of that over roasted feel.

[33cl bottle from Beer52.] A cola borwn coloured pour with a thick caramel coloured head; fruity coffee aroma; taste of coffee, p[lums and boozy raisins; then a dry finish with well roasted grains and a bitter burnt caramel aftertaste. A pleasantly different stout.

Bottle via Beer 52 sub. Pours dark brown towards black with a frothy tan cap. Aroma: coffee roast, light smokiness, dark chocolate. The taste follows, light to moderate sweet & bitter, quite dry. Thin body with frothy carbonation. Nice flavours, could do with a touch more body

ABV: 6.2%. Clear dark dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, moderate chocolate. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, roasted, coffee, dark chocolate, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20200512]
