Draft at taproom. Hazy golden pour. Minimal head. Aroma let’s you know this is a Saison, musty, yeasty. Plums take over in the taste, perhaps too much. Fruity, and a bit dry. Finishes flat.

On tap at boise brewing. Pours out a hazy gold topped with a small white head. Nose is spice herbs pit fruit sweetness and the plum I guess. Taste is spice a little banana pit fruit sweetness.

On Tap at the Boise taproom Murky orange light tan. No head or lacing. Fruity farmhouse yeast aroma and flavors. Some of the plum flavors come in as well. Fairly strong and heavy.
