Draft at Powderhaus. Clear golden pour with a finger of white head. Aroma is light and airy, subtle fruit and light spice. A bit of yeast. Tastes lightly sweet and a little earthy. Subtle spice along with a light fruitiness and a bit of yeast.

On tap at the Garden City brewery Clear golden. modest white head and weblike lacing. Light pale malts, prominent farmhouse yeast flavors. Moderate body and palate. feels rather big for a saison.

On tap at powderhaus brewing garden city. Pours out a crisp golden topped with a white head. Nose is grain corn spice and some banana. Taste is more of the corn grain soap and floral.

Draft at Squawkyfest. I’ve been told to give them another chance, so I did. This was bad. I mean it was supposed to be a saison. Not even close. Its as if someone mixed up all of their recipes and they haven’t figured it out yet. So instead of telling you what it is, because I kept looking for the saison notes, I can tell you what it isn’t. Pale golden, tiniest of bubbly heads, generic malts and hops. Very disappointing.
