Our first collaboration with Barbarian Brewing! Pluot cider aged in Bourbon barrels from local 8 Feathers Distillery with brettanomyces. The cider is dry, tart, funky with a hint of oakiness.

Draft at brewery. Ruby body, flat pour. Fruity aroma, minor woody notes. Taste brings a lot of pucker, a bit of heat. Fruity flavors throughout.

On tap at Meriwether. Pours out like the normal Pluot a crisp rusty pink .nose is big spice whisky fruit sweetness plum plenty of the barrel. Taste is more of the heavy whisky barrel presents along with the sweet plums spice.
