Deep brown color with a medium body and good foamy head, this dark ale is an IPA through and through. Pungent, sharp hop aroma with tropical fruit undertones; the hop character dominates the flavor profile from start to finish. Clean, yet abundant tropical & pine hop flavors stand out. Perfect for hop heads and Hip Check lovers looking to switch it up! Show Less

Draft @ Growler Guys. Dark brown in color, a nice thick finger of creamy tan head. Good lacing throughout. Aroma is piney and citrus hops, some roast. For a CDA, the flavor is mild on the bitter side. The citrus and piney hops are there, but not overly aggressive. Roasted malt and a light sweetness balances fairly well. All of the flavors work together well, but it left me wanting something a little more potent.

Growler fill from taproom. Rough pour yields a huge airy beige head floating on top of an inky black body. Aroma features the nice roast grain notes and warns of the hoppiness to come. Taste follows with a nice bite, combining the roast malts and hops for some sharp bitterness. While it looks thick and chewy, the body is actually pretty light weight. Well done CDA.

On tap at boise brewing. pours out a dark brown with a little bit of amber highlights topped with a tan head. Nose is pine hops a nice roast toasted coconut almost maybe just because of some sweetness or the fact they were brewing and the nice fresh steam was filling the room. Taste is pine hops a solid roast malt along with a bitter sweet balance.
