On draft at the brewpub it is a clear golden color with a slight head the aroma is slightly malty and the taste is tart with hints of sour peaches ends with a string tart finish

On draft at the brewpub. Pours a hazy gold with an off white head. Aroma of peaches. Flavors of tart fruit and musty canvas. Tart finish.

On tap at the prodigal son pub. Pours out a golden topped with a small head. Nose is light tart berries some brine and a wet wheat. Taste is more of the tart wet wheat some berries and a salty brine.

Draft at brewery. Slick and tart, yeast elements in the background. Still feels like a Saison, even after the pucker.
