On draft at the brewpub it is an effervescent clear golden coot with a slight head. The aroma is bread and the taste is strong bitter peppery and has hints of lemon zest tingly spicy finish

On draft at the brewpub. Pours a hazy gold with an off white head. Aroma of tropical fruits. Flavors of white pepper and lemon zest. Slighlt tart, dry finish.

On tap at the prodigal son pub. Pours out a crisp clean golden topped with a white head. Nose is banana spice clove citrus and a nice grain. Taste is more of the spice banana bread notes a light grain.

Draft at brewery. Average pour and aroma lead into a nice snappy taste, with zesty, spicy finish. Silky body rounds out this nice Saison.
