1910 is amazingly light and smooth, sporting hints of coffee and a touch of dark chocolate in flavor. We accomplish this by cold steeping the dark malts prior to brewing and using Idaho grown pilsner malt as a base.

Draft pour. Pours really dark with not much head. Strong malt forward aroma. Nutty, malty flavor with a little chocolate too. Not a bad beer at all. Enjoyed this.

Bomber. Aroma is smoky, toasted marshmallow, roasted grain. Pours near black with red highlights; small beige head that falls fast. Taste is sweet and nice and roasty. Tastes like a toasted marshmallow. Creamy mouthfeel, medium body. For a beer commemorating the 1910 fire, this should’ve been a lot more smoky, I think. Nice Schwarz, though.
