From tap. Pours hazy dark brown to blackwith a small tan head. Aroma is roasted dark malty. Breadish, liqourice. Light nutty. Rich malty, roasted and dry. Bitter and dark malty.

Great intense sticky beginning. Lots of roast, smooth malt and lots of roast. Not much taste of the Walnuts or the Maple - but the body is deep and full of roast. Great stuff though.

Sehr dunkel braune Farbe, ordentlich beiger Schaum. Geruch intensiv nach Kaffee, trocken, bitter. Geschmack schokoladig, süß, trocken, reife Früchte, bitter im Abgang.

Pours a dark black body with a medium creamy tan head. Light sweet-bitter chocolate, and caramel aroma.

Rund würziger, sehr weicher Malzantrunk. Steigende Schokoladennoten, minimal bitter. Auch im Mittelteil sehr weich, leicht nussig, spät hopfig. Mit jedem Schluck runder wirkend. Gut! 12/12/10/12/10/12

Tap at Craftbeerfestival Magdeburg. Deep black in the glass, huge head. Heavy malty aroma. Starts strong, intense malty, notes of coffee, earthy, modest woody. Finish well balanced, warming-malty. Nice!

Draught at Hopfenreich. Crisp black with a medium tan head. Aroma is toasted malt. Flavor is creamy and sweet, maple is noticeable, nutty roast finish.

Tap at Craft bier fest, Vienna. Very dark chestnut brown color with medium beige head. Aroma of roasted, malt, caramel, nuts, alcohol. Taste, chocolate, roasted malt, coffee, nuts, maple. warming alcohol. Sweet alcoholic coffee bitter finish. Good.
