Bottle share, thanks Rich for bringing this. Golden orange in color, small ring of white head. Nose is malty, fruity, sort of hints at sour. Tastes sour with sweeter fruit notes, some oak. A little bit of floral dry herbal something I can’t pinpoint… A little more acidic than I care for.

Bottle share. Very light and effervescent. Medium copper body, thin head. Saison, pale ale, IPA, all rolled into one. Interesting.....

22oz bottle thanks to rich. Pours out a hazy golden topped with a small white head. nose is motor oil apricot sour tart. Taste is more of motor oil some sour stone fruit and a sweet vanilla.

Growler from Hop City, consumed around a campfire in Linville Gorge. Pours hazy yellow, with a nice, pillowy, off-white head. The nose is apricots, lemon juice, light oak, greek yogurt, and honeysuckle. Sweet and citrusy flavor, with a good, light sour twang. Light to medium body, crisp, acidic, and a little clingy. This is a light, drinkable, and fairly complex sour. Great yeast character.
