Think about it. If nothing wasn’t here to keep things apart, everything would be one big, stressfull, balled up, messy thing. Probably boring too. Which is why pausing to enjoy nothing is a very good thing. With Hale to Nothing, of course.

There’s nothing artificial or phoney in it. Only good stuff.
Like organic malted barley and hops that give this ale its own, individual refreshing taste.
We think that’s something special.
So relax.

Nothing in particular

We use echological Pilsener- and Munchenermalt. For hops, we use echological Perle plus Centennial and Fuggles. It has a flavoury taste with a slightly hint of citrus.

Hale is somewhat malty and well balanced.

Bottle, 4.5% @ FOneFan. Clear pale golden with tiny off-white head. Aroma is malt, herbs and butter. Flavour is malt, butter, medium sweet, hop, little bitter and a little watery.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, pale malt, fruity, moderate hoppy. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, grassy hops, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120523]

Bottled@PBF2012. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, mild herbal and grassy notes along with some malts. Flavour is fruity, wooden, grassy and some mild malty notes. Rather mild.

Clear golden color, small white head. Very papery, harsh aroma. Light-bodied. Light ryeish bready maltyness and hops. Sticky harsh finish. Mostly typical Spendrups product with few extra hops. Tastes much more like a lager than an ale.

330ml bottle watching the UEFA Euro final with Spain vs Italy at TV. Deep golden body with a decent off-white head. Bready malts and herbal hops to the nose. Fruity hops, honey and grainy malts to the taste buds. Dry bitter tail. Oily palate and clean tasting. An ok Brit bitter with session qualities. Bought at Systembolaget Kiruna (Tromsø, 01.07.2012).

33cl bottle from Systembolaget. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma of malt and hops with a hint of caramel. Light body, quite bitter and slightly watery. Ok, but nothing to write home about. Bitter and refreshing.
