Bottle. Pours a flat golden color, nice clarity, and a finger of fluffy white head. The aroma is mild, breast malt and grassy. Taste is grassy, earthy, and malt. Spicy. Seems like pilsener malt or Maris Otter... I’m not familiar with this style, but it seems like a cross between a pilsener and a pale lager. I like the spicy and crisp elements. Refreshing.

On tap at Albertsons. Light hazy amber, thin to wispy head. So far, so good. Aroma of grain, sourdough, citrus, fruit. Taste wraps all of that up with a bit of a hop background, summing it all up rather nicely. Body is a bit light, but understand due to the lack of open vats for fermenting. Nicely done, true to style.

On Tap at the taphouse/brewery Hazy deep golden Full and lasting sandy colored head. Very dense and creamy. Very light pale malt aroma, almost Pilsenerish. Similar light flavors, fairly thick malty palate. FG I think is a bit high. Pleasant light flavors.
