On tap at Yakima taproom, part of a flight. While the Bad monk was darker and more reminiscent of a quad, this one leaned more towards the tripel, savory herbs, slightly spicy and yeasty.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Bomber from Whidbey Beer Works. Pours hazy orange gold with a few white bubbles. Aromas of malt and arguably banana. Medium body with mild, lightly foamy carbonation. Flavor is mild banana, and I’d say spice - pepper is spice! Like it does have flavor - but it’s not easy to describe other than fruit and malt. It is tasty. It is unusual.
