Something went wrong here, way too sweet, and lactic. Not a good experience. Hopefully not a reflection on the brewery ad a whole.

22oz bottle thanks to Steve. Pours out a rusty amber topped with a small sand head. Nose is strawberry malt and lots of butter. Taste is sweet malts some berries and butter.

Bottle: Auburn in color with a thick creamy sand-colored head. Malty and sweet aroma, light roast. Tastes sweeter than typical for the style; dark fruits, caramel, and candied sugar. Roast and malt presence is there, just tucked away in the background. Paired well with spicey gumbo.
