This served as a nice substitute for wine at a lamb dinner, light on the palate and complimenting the roast meat and veg. Nice crisp apple aromas and flavors, no tartness, smooth and drinkable.

At the Bottleg brewpub, Margaret River April 2013. Clear gold with a slight white head. Very easy drinking cider, with plenty of medium fruit and a gentle, French style finish. Fine.
