Tap @ Cole Rd. Dark brown pour with a thick, creamy brown head. Smells sweet and milk chocolate like... minimal roast. It is on the sweeter side with milk chocolate and minimal dark chocolate/bittersweet notes. Light (OK, faint) bits of roast. Thick and creamy feel. Overall a nice offering, but sort of tame.

On tap Dark brown with a dense creamy tan head. Lots of sweet chocolate milky maltiness. A bit much maybe but pleasant.

On tap at the Cole brewpub. Smooth and silky, but comes off overly sweet, overpowering any of the dark roastiness of the stout backbone. Some elements of chocolate milk, dark brown body with almost no head. Sweet, but too sweet for my taste.
