Rich, full-bodied and powerful... hmmmmm? Maybe I should've called this "Yuppy Shake!" Huge hoppy rates help balance the malty alcohol flavor of this high-octane brew – a flashback in a glass.

On tap at Highlands Hollow Boise, Pours out a cloudy amber topped with a off white head. Nice light hop aroma on this one. Tast of malts, hops, and a little sweet. Just a little bitter at the end but not much.

On Tap: Darker amber pour with a medium whitish head and tons of lacing. Lots of floral and citrus hops up front. Taste is hoppy with a blend of sweet from fruit and malts. Nice lingering hops finish.

Tap Dark redish brown with medium off white head. Aroma was sweet hops and deep fairly dark malts. Flavor was quite robust for the stlye. dark malts and sweet spicy notes as well. Smokey, roasted grains, spicy. Interesting profile. Palate was also quite heavy and full bodied. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter but not offensive. I liked this one as well.
