On Tap at the Boise BrewPub Very dark brown with a rish creamy light tan head. Heavy sheets of lacing. Light roasted aroma, light and somewhat sweet roasted flavors. A touch of spice and a very soft smooth palatte. This is a very easy Porter, and does not have a lot of the roasted bite at the end.

Burnt toast and freshly turned earth dominate. Tap at HH brewhouse. Sharply bitter, slightly chocolately. Short finish. Medium, smooth body.

On Tap: Deep brown with a smaller tan head and just a little lacing. Nose is roasted malt and coffee, the taste of the coffee is more prominent with roasted malt and a bit of cocoa notes. Just a hint of bittersweetness. Medium body and overall a nice porter.
