Amber pour with thin beige head, sticky lacing, light malty aroma. Taste is sweet malt, hints of maple, caramel and toffee. Mouthfeel is slick to watery, with lingering candy sweetness, slightly metallic. Good try, but just average.

Draft: Pours a dark copper with a medium sized, creamy white head. Nice lacing. Nose is malty with light earth tones. Tastes sweet with malts and light in the earthy and floral areas. Just a bit of breadiness. Nice.

On tap at Sockeye brewing Boise, pours out a clear amber topped with a small off white head. A nice balance of malt and a little hops. Not bad.

Bottle Pours a hazy deep redish brown/amber with a modest creamy off-white head. Aroma is a pronounced dark malt and easy on the hops. Flavor is a nice dark malt/hop slightly spicybalance and goes down quite easy. Feel had good body and soft carbonation.
