From a bomber purchased in Lee Vining, CA. Pours a Clear gold with an off white head. Aromas of apricots. Flavors are sweet and fruity.
Light hop bitterness. Okay beer.

On tap at the brewery pours amber topped with a sand head. Nose is malt forward some grassy earth hops and a caramel sweetness. Taste is more of the nice sweet malts candy and some earthy hops.

On Tap light haze on teh pour. Light tan head, lasting think lacing. rather malty, slightly toasted flavors. Even ant only 6.7 the alcohol is noticeable. Smooth, low carbonation and full palate. Hop flavors are not particularly fresh or "late" but nice combination of citrus and resinous pine.

Bottle: Pours a bold amber color and topped with an inch of creamy beige heads. Lots of thick lacing. Nose is sweet, light citrus fruit and orange peel. Sort of musty too. Flavor is minimally bitter before a sweet soothing bready malt finish. A little herbal floral bit in there too. Odd, definitely off the beaten path for an IPA… more like an ESB without the bitters.

I really enjoyed this. Hoppy without being overly bitter. Hazy dark amber with creamy beige head. As pointed out earlier, really thick lacing on the glass. Aroma is pine, with some candy (toffee, caramel and fruit. Taste is mellow hops with a small amount of fruit sweetness. My idea of a good IPA.
