Bottle from first gas pump in Spain. Quite good, rather low intensity, but nicely balanced and easily drinkable.

This cider is not unpleasant but lacks fruity intensity and a touch of acidity. Quite plain.

Bottle at La Cabraliega Arenas de Cabrales, Pico’s de Europe, Spain, Sunday 15th June 2014 Pours hazy dark lemony first piss of the day colour. A little thin at first but it opens up a little, to give a nice little tang. Very tasty a little dry and a just a bit lemony A6 A3 T7 P3 Ov14 3.3

Corked bottle, L32208109
Hazy deep blond color, no head. The aroma is nice, deep, apple peel, some sourness, mineral. The mouthfeel is a bit weak, so the body; it has a light acidity and an impression of lacto fermentation; light fruity presence; mild astringency in the end (more is expected).
Good but timid.

Bottle, courtesy of faroeviking. A hazy, yellow-golden drink, completely flat. Ripe sour apples and apple cores in the aroma, quite pleasant. The flavor is on a different level, a lower level unfortunately, introdusing a papery touch along with the apples. A lemony acidic touch also blends in. Astringent and very dry. Really acidic finish with lots of apple flavor. Pity about the papery touch, else it’s a quite decent one. 090822
