Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 09. Pours hazy yellow with no head. Tart, spritzy, strong and sweet. A bit of apple and wood. Dry end.

Cloudy pale yellow with no head. Aroma of apple and a little plastic. Tart apple flavour with wooden notes. Quite refreshing

Hazy yellow with no head. Dry and sourish aroma with phenol. Flavour was sourish with apples, phenol and woody accents. Finished sourish.

Bottled. A hazy light golden cider. The aroma is dominated by apples and and acidic note. The flavor is very tart with notes of alcohol, apples, and some acetone, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle, 6.0%. OK citric aroma. Cloudy pale yellow colour. The flavour is vinegary, a bit rough, but nicely so. Vinegar bite in the finish.
