The nose shows intense notes of caramel and banana.
The palate is full bodied. Balanced sweetness with moderate flavors of banana and rum.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Deep brown. Lots of banana, caramel, some fruitiness, alcohol, vanilla note, spicy wood, very sweet, boozy, oily. Not bad but really note my thing.

Slightly yellowish dark brown, very viscous. Smells completely of caramelized baked banana with a hint of alcohol. Syrupy, soft, light boozyness. Taste is sweet, rich baked banana, some alcohol, subtle amburana, bit of vanilla. Bit too watery, though.

Bottle thanks to Brian. Pours dark brown with no head. The aroma is strong banana, honey, wood, booze. Slick body, banana, honey, vanilla, boozy finish, very good.
