DDH version of Chubbles, our collab TIPA with our pals at The Veil Brewing Co, from Richmond, VA. 100% English malt, a ton of flaked oats, fermented with a specific English yeast, and hopped intensely with Galaxy, Citra, and El Dorado.

Can. CW online. Thick as a bag. Looks like soup. CW swede, obvs. Missus is shouting from another room how sweet this is. I’m inclined to agree. So there’s a novelty. Got turkey burger and chips (all homemade thanks). Goes decent for me. Still a decent amount of citrus. Drinks pulse heightening easy.

This is good and really dry-hopped, but maybe still a bit green and overly allium-like. The booze is really more evident here than in the straight Chubbles

Can at home from CW online. Pours murky orange gold with a decent white head that fades away. Aroma is passionfruit, orange, ripe stone fruit, dank hop. Taste is a big peppery hop hit, booze burn, sticky resinous hop, orange, ripe mango, passionfruit. Really sticky bitter hoppy finish. Lovely stuff

Can at home, HT of Citeh vs Slavia Prague .... it’s dull, from CW online 25/02/21. Murky orange with a good sized light eggshell white cap that stays for the show. Nose is pine resin, dank hop, bitter orange, grapefruit, ripe tropical fruits. Taste comprises bitter grapefruit, pine resin, hop spice, dank chimes, papaya, mango flesh, light rip of dextrose, guava. Medium bodied with bite, fine massaging carbonation, light drying close spiked juicy resinous come dankened hop bitterness. Solid boosty DIPA but probably lowest ranked in albeit an excellent series so no shame and still scores very well.
