Ce n'est pas une bière, ce n'est pas vraiment un cidre. L'association des notes herbacées du houblon Cascade (certifié bio) avec la fraîcheur du cidre sans amertume en font une boisson très désaltérante.

Last of the THT. Old salami, smokey, leathery, on top of twig and woody apple juicy. Kind of rough. Like the weather in Normandy.

Bottle. Dank weedy hops, massive barnyard, horse, dry apple, sulphur, earthy. Light sweet, sour and bitter.

bottle from a shop in Etretat's market hall. A hopped cidre. Golden colour, tiny foamy head. Sparkling, lots of apple flavours, quite tart if not sour, with very shy hoppy-bitter hints.
