Birra chiara ad alta fermentazione. Delicato aroma di cereale dato da avena e frumento non maltati. Sentori di luppolo nulli. La speziatura del coriandolo e delle scorze di arancio amaro ed il floreale dei fiori di Sambuco donano a questa birra la freschezza che viene anticipata sia dal nome che dall’immagine in etichetta.

On tap at Medulin Craft Beer Fest 2019. Shared with little Dina. Hazy pale yellow, small off-white head. Lemony aroma, coriander, candy, yeasty touch, light esters such as ripe pear, floral also. Dusty, fruity, grainy, spicy, coriander flavour. Light dry finish, light body, slightly candy-like character, refreshing, slightly thin, moderate carbonation.

On tap at Drunken Duck Birroteca. Hazy yellow, white head. Wheat, malty, some lemon, low carbonation, sweetish. Light to medium bodied. Short finish.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale gold, transparent, with a good head of white foam, medium grain. Aroma is fruity from yeast, of apricot and banana. Body is average with good carbonation. Taste is pretty sweet, not very interesting. Finish is average, kind of short.

Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal frumento. L'intensità olfattiva è un timido profumo e il modo in cui permane è appena percepibile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è giallo paglierino. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è moderato. La forza gustativa è normale, con durata sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, spezie e frumento.

Tap at So Good in Rome. Misty apricot skin pour, tick medium white cap. Nose: coriander and Indian spices, herbs, tons of wheat and hay. Lovely orange zest aroma too. Mouth: thin, a bit esile...easy blanche with lime overall and spices.
