An annual brew using the best of any hops in our cool room, this years Bubble and Squeak saw Centennial, Chinook, Amarillo and Cascade hops make the cut, along with Australian Ale, Munich, NZ Gladiator, Vienna and Shephards Delight Malts. The aroma is fruity, especially with peaches and passionfruit, and some hints of pine. Favour is balanced, with intense bitterness and hop flavours.
