With its very mild taste and intensive honey aroma, this mead is sure to appeal to your palate. Our Dominikański Dwójniak mead is produced using a special flavouring composition.
Based on mellow nectarous honey, it is produced from honey mash, with the proportions 1 part honey to 1 part water. Its several-year-long maturing provides it with a piquant taste and aroma. It contains 16% alcohol.

Clear orange-amber color, no head. Deep aroma in the nose: honey, wood, clover. Flavor has strong honey flavor, then strong alcohol and again leading to clover spiced honeyness. Tasty.

RBWG’10 cheers to Cheeseman. pours a light golden, sweet honey, warming abv, found it a little sweeter. More of an herbal finish. My favorite of the three Apis we shared that day.

Beautiful copper color. Very sweet aroma, liquor, honey, some alcohol, light wood and leather. Very sweet honey flavor, syrupy, warming; there are traces of nuts and light raisins. Sweet and alcoholic final. Very good.
