50 cL bottle. Pours hazy amber/orange with a huge creamy light brown/orange head. Aroma is cascade hops in big doses, mild maltiness beneath. Flavour has the same, nice blend with a solid malt base. Dry floral finish.

Tap @ Brewpub. Slightly hazy redbrown color, short head. Aroma of hops, some caramel malt, not really strong. Slightly bitter. Not really outspoken IPA. Decent balance, but it lacks some complexity.

Hazy orange amber with a white head. malty fruity slight hoppy aroma which has something that I dislike. Perhaps some sour hop notes - which I normally like - but I dont know!?!?. Slight metallic notes and a quite moderate fruity hop and malty taste. Overall OK IPA!

Bottle. A bit cloudy, copper body with a huge beige head leaving nice lacings. Piney and citrusy hops with some resin, and sweetness to balance the aroma. Hops dominates the flavor, with pine and citrus, as well as sweetness. Full-bodied beer with a lasting citrus- and pine-hoppy finish. Some sweetness as well. An excellent choice for bottling their first beer. (070407)

100ml on tap. Amber with great clarity. Low-level head. Discreet citrus aroma. Well-balanced taste of orange shells. Lingering hop bitterness in the end. Nice palate (12.01.2007).

Tap @ Horsens Beerfestival. Golden red body with a thick white head. Lovely citrus, grass aroma (cascade?). A refreshing tasting IPA with a more moderate use of hops, still an American style IPA. Flavor has malt, caramel and a fresh crisp discreet bitter finish. A nice variation in-between all the hop-devils at Horsens. Still I prefer a bit more sting to my festival beers. Probably better together with food, but where was all the food we were promised at this festival?
