Helles Braumalz aus reiner Sommerbraugerste verleiht die gold-gelbe Farbe und sorgt für den milden Malzgeschmack mit einer leichten Honignote. Feinster fränkischer Aromahopfen verleiht dem Bier die harmonische Bittere mit dezenten Zitrusnoten.

Schönes spritziges Helles, sehr getreidig in der Nase, im Trunk kernig süß, Heu, Getreide, sehr clean, mittig malzig, sehr sehr schönes Ding. Süffig ohne Ende.

Bottle @ Bockstival Afterparty with MrOrla. Pours Clear pale yellow with a creamy egg White head. Straw , Grassy and bready. Bitter finish. Very clean and enjoayble

Tap. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is pale malts, grainy, slightly grassy. Taste is pale malts, herbal hops, grainy, a touch buttery. Solid Helles, but just a bit boring. 6-3-6-3-13Bottle, thanks jonas! Quite a subtle grassy hop note, nicely floral and fresh, thin body. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation Nicely dry and refreshing, much better than what I remember having on tap last winter. Nice one!

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Strawy pale malty nose without any particular depth, except for minor grainy spots. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Strawy malt character with shades of grains and a whiff of herbal hoppy spice, getting slightly stronger towards the sweet and slightly bitter finish. A lacklustre Helles. 26.VII.16

bottle. Golden yellow, tal, fluffy white head. Malty with a pleasant sweetness, not too dry, grassy-citrusy hops in the finish. Very well balanced, smooth palate, very nice.

Fläschla: Clear, pale golden with a greenish sheen, small but persistent creamy white head; sweetish-grainy nose, some well hidden citrussy-strawy hops in the background; mild sweetish-bitter flavour, pretty light bodied for a beer of 5.2% - but at least quite soft; shorter sweetish-grainy finish with suppressed citrussy hops in the aftertaste. Oh no! Not a "franconian" Bier at all, but an exact copy of a boring "lower-bavarian" Helles...
