Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a roughish, lacing, white head. Sweet, malty nose. Medium body, clean, pale malts with some floral hops. Subdued bitterness. Straight and unspectacular Helles. 160326

Bright clear gold beer, good bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, a mild dryness, decent fine minerally carbonation. Soft pale malts, a nice light creamy sweetness and German sweet nutty grain. Very soft pine and light and mildly ripe citrus. Light airy finish. Yeah, one of those German brews you can drink all night and enjoy whilst not having to pay much attention to what your drinking, it keeps out the way of whatever shit yer spieling

Bottle from Rewe Bamberg and drunk with Nelson. Clear gold colour lasting white head. Aroma is OK. Flavour is lemon and a little white flower. Its a decent helles. Some good flavours light and refreshing but has enough character and flavour to it to lift it above most. Yes decent.

Cask at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm. Clear golden, mid sized head. Fruity malt and floral hops up front. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Bready, fruity malt. Mild floral hay. Mid bitter finish.

Gemischtporige, mäßig stabile Schaumkrone; hellmalziges und honigartiges Aroma mit etwas fruchtigem Hopfen, im Geschmack leicht süßlich, getreidig, etwas Honig, präsenter aber zurückhaltender Hopfen. Insgesamt stimmig.

Bottle from Beer Cave. Appearance - light golden and clear. Foamy, snow white head. Nose - sweet bready and candied orange. Taste - cake, bread and butter pudding. Palate - light bodied, creamy and malty middle. Dry and bitterness from both malt and hops. Overall - a lovely lager.
