Bottled. Poured cloudy gold with white head. Yeast, floral and some peppery spice. Brett funk. Pretty nice.

From tap at Other Half, New York. Aroma is peppery Saison yeast with mild funk, pale malt, hay, fruity notes, some citrus, grass. Finishes dry with some bitterness. Body is medium. An ace Saison, easy and funked up.

Draught@SBWF. Hazy golden colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is perfumed soap, mild zesty and citrusy tones with raisins, some sweet malts and a wee bit of grapefruity elements. Flavour is fruity, somewhat tart wood, mild perfumed soapy tones with herbs, hay and mild floral tones.

Lemon, vinegar, barnyard, biscuit malt, and hay aroma. Clear golden yellow with small head. Mildly sweet citrus, malt, moderately sour Brett and vinegar, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Nice body and balance.

Bottle. Bottle Shop bankrupt stock via Master of Malt. Third pop at this and never realised I’d not ticked it. 5.4%. Hazed lemon gold. Slim white ring. Lacto sweet grain. Pithy lemon. Light brux. Taste is dry and lightly bitter. Clean and dry on the palate. Soft rolling carbonation. Dry light bitter finish. Light and airy saison drinks easy.

Bottle shared at Jimmy's farewell party. Pours a clear gold with a full finger of white foam that lingers, then dissipates. Lovely woody aromas with lemon and funk. Palate is similar with nice carbonation. Drying finish with some citrus pith and light vanilla oak notes.
