Bottle, 2011. Very dark brown with medium beige head. Aroma is malt, caramel, spices and a little roasted malts. Flavour is little roasted malts, spices, medium sweet, caramel, dark fruits, little chocolate and medium bitter.

355ml bottle, 2011 vintage. Pours a very dark brown with a large head. Aroma is rich caramel malt, raisin, a little Christmas spice. Taste has mostly the raisin, with spice underneath.

Pours deep brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, clove, ginger, caramel and orange. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long finish of christmas spices. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
