2011 Vintage. Kolor piany ciemno żółty, trwały i mocny, a piwo brązowo bordowe z głębokim brązem i refleksami czerwonymi od czasu do czasu. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

355ml bottle. BB October 2011. Dark brown colour with a frothy light tan head with a good duration. Aroma is herbal, spicy and light toasty. Flavor is light caramel, red fruits notes, toffee, with a not bad spicyness. The final is light sweet with hints of red fruits. Low carbonation with a medium body. I’d like to try this beer once more again.

My Rating # 10300. Bottle @ Bierzwerg.de. 2011. Pours dark amber with a creamy lasting head. Spicy nose and flavor. Lots of clove and liquorice root. Smooth and medium bodied. A little one dimensional but well brewed.

35,5 cl bottle vintage 2011 @ home, BBE 07/2013
Aroma is a bit weird, stale and somewhat sweet with vanilla and berries. Also some christmas spices. Flavour feels spicy with berries and some vanilla in the sourish finish. Becomes more spicy towards the end of the glass. A bit weird and harsh but decent anyway.
