Die streng limitierte Bierspezialität verzaubert mit seiner leicht rötlichen Bernsteinfarbe und einer cremigen Schaumkrone. Nase und Gaumen werden verwöhnt von einem Aromenfeuerwerk aus reifer Banane, Vanille und einem Hauch Dörrobst sowie Nelke. Honig- und Karamellaromen runden Maisel’s Bajuwarus wunderbar ab. So bleibt dieser weiche und vollmundige Weizenbock in genussvoller Erinnerung.
BAJUWARUS leitet sich ab von Bajuwaren, dem ursprünglichen Namen der Einwohner Bayerns. Zusammen mit der für Weizenbockbiere so typischen Endsilbe "-us" ergibt sich eine neue Wortschöpfung, die einprägsam für die Herkunft sowie den starken Charakter des Weizenbocks Pate steht.

Bottle. We had to buy a crate of Maisel in Pottenstein to get it. Hazy orange color with creamy white head. Aroma is rotting bananas (in all the good ways), mineralic, honey, cream, cloves. Taste is bananas, mineralic, cloves. Silky mouthfeel with soft, but medium to high carbonation. A very solid Weizenbock.

Bottle shared with Koelschtrinker, Beerhunter111 & Zlotta. Smooth and fresh beginning. Smooth banana and clove, moderate bitterness. Highly drinkable, very light and deep in one. Nice fresh intense sessionable aftertaste. Nice one.

Sampled from 0.75 l bottle, best before December 2017. Hazy, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Sweetish-malty, yeasty-spicy aroma of banana, cloves and caramel. Sweetish, rather yeasty-spicy taste of banana, cloves, caramel, pear and some orange jam, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, rather yeasty-spicy and a little sourish finish. Medium body, slightly creamy and rather effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very tasty!

Bottle shared with Zlotta and Koelschtrinker. Trübes orange goldenes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch nach reifen Bananen, Nelke, Hefe. Geschmack nach reifen Früchten, Karamell, Hefe, reife Banane.

Sehr bananiger Geruch. Hellmalzig, deutlich nach Weizen, spritzig, deutlich würzig. Vollmundig, weiter bananig, kräftig, langer Nachhall mit Kräutern. Gut. 10/9/10/10/11/10

Gets the 0,75 l bottle as promotion give away for free at a bottle store in northern North-Rhine Westfalia. Shared with Kristall-König. Pours out in an unclear orange with a foamy white head. Starts strong malty with present alcoholic elements. Also caramell, banana and yeast. Getting smoother to the end. Nice one.
