BAJUWARUS leitet sich ab von Bajuwaren, dem ursprünglichen Namen der Einwohner Bayerns. Zusammen mit der für Weizenbockbiere so typischen Endsilbe "-us" ergibt sich eine neue Wortschöpfung, die einprägsam für die Herkunft sowie den starken Charakter des Weizenbocks Pate steht.

500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, bright amber colour with huge, firm, frothy to creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Yeasty spicy, yeasty fruity and sweet-ish, minimally brady and biscuity, wheaty malty aroma, notes of speculoos, ripe banana, clove, some nutmeg and cinnamon, a touch of vanilla, pear, whiffs of baked apple. Taste is yeasty spicy and yeasty fruity, sweet-ish, biscuity, wheaty malty, notes of clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, some vanilla, hints of banana, baked apple, pear, some honey, hints of speculoos. Creamy texture, smooth, soft and silky, minimally cloying palate, medium, pillowy, creamy, dense carbonation. Well crafted, multifacetted, wonderful spiciness - gorgeous.

Bottle 0.75l, trade with pivnizub, mockrát díky za tenhle parádní kousek! Cloudy, amber colored. AROMA- apple, apricot, pulp, pleasant alcohol, baked apple, caramel, plum, vanilla, strudel. FLAVOR- neutral, slightly bitter, smooth, plum, pear and apple, baked apple, strawberry, cherry, touch of bread. Medium to fuller bodied. Great.

0.75l bottle, kindly donated by pivnizub - díky! Cloudy golden amber with a tall and very stable off-white head. Loevly fruity and yeasty nose. Full-bodied, good and strong malty base with a pleasant sweetness, lots off ruity hops with tangerine, some orange, peach and banana. Lingering finish. Smooth, very smooth carboination. Very nice, a pleasure.

# 645; 2/2017. Výrazný a plný weizenbock. Velmi příjemná kombinace ovocných a kořeněných vůní i chutí. Broskve, banány, hřebíček, vanilka. Vynikající.

Fläschla (750ml): Deep golden to light amber coloured, cloudy, smaller off-white head, moderate sweet-sourish aroma of sweet caramel/malt, wheat and dried fruits and clovey traces with a solid yeasty backbone; almost solid sweet flavour, accompanied by only a delicate acidity, full bodied and a bit fizzy; traces of warming alcohol and a delicate bitterness in the sweet caramelly-wheaty finish. Just too sweet for me...

Bottle. Brown colour, cloudy, rocky head that disappears quite fast without any trace. Nose is not very intensive, mostly of banana. Mouth is lots of banana, plus raisin, dough, caramel. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, mostly from alcohol. Full body. Good.

Hazy amber. Aroma is banana, yeasty spices, cookie dough. Taste is a mix of green weizen and good heavy weizenbock. More green in the finish. A bit caramel as well. Could be better but ok.

Bottle. Murky amber, golden offwhite head. Almond aroma, gingerbread, dry bananapeel. Dry minerallic body, light roast, smoked banana, clay/chalk, smoked fruity finish. Ok.
