Bottle at chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig ’11. It pours very light hazy yellow, with a thin foamy head. The nose is wheat, grass, spice, herbal, lime and waterchesnut. The taste is waterchesnut, hay, lime, grass, citrus peel, white bread and sour tang. The body is disappointingly thin. Odd.
