Draught at the brewpub
Muddy blond color; compact head. Yeasty and green aroma. Quite strong body; no wheat flavor, just some malt, rather sweet; but the high bitterness seems to come from powdered hop, aggressive.

Draft - served in a beutiful caved glass. The beer is an unclear golden with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has a raw wheat note combined with notes of lemon and yeast - not inviting to take a sip. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, wheat, and straw - very raw - biting the palate. The finish is dry, wheaty, and slighlty burnt.

Bottle @ Friday Night Ulfborg Thing. Thanks to J&C. Pours cloudy orange with a fluffy white head and lacings. Nose is sweet. Esters, fruit, banana and orange. Dry flavor with wheat, orange peel and bitter hops. Quite tasty , hoppy bitter and rather complex witbier. Medium bodied.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of anders37. Pours a pale and opaque yellow with a dense white head. Coriandery aroma with lots of yeast. Medium body, yeasty, again coriander and orangepeel with heavy phenollic accents and a surprisingly bitter and astringent finish. 221110

Bottled at Söderbärke Mikroölfestival. Cloudy yellow, small coarse head. Dusty and yeasty with some lemony washing up liquid. Sweet with clean mouthfeel with medium body. Heavily sulphury with plastic finish. Not refreshing at all.
