Das kräftige, orangefarbene, obergärige Spitzenbier wird mit verschiedenen Hopfensorten und einer spezifischen Malzmischung gebraut, die dem Bier seine kräftige Komplexität geben. Insbesondere der exklusive Cascade-Hopfen verleiht dem Müller Bräu PALE ALE diese einzigartige, vielschichtige Aromenstruktur.

Es duftet nach fruchtig-süsslichen Aromen, aber auch nach floralen Noten. Der Antrunk ist vollmundig mit fein-bitterem Gaumenabgang. In der Mitte wird das Bier herber und bitterer, ohne die fruchtige Süsse und die Aromen einzubüssen.

It is a regular pale ale, not bad, well balanced, nice copper body, regular carbonation, hop, malt, decent bitterness, good, 12.08.16, at Prélaz, purchased at one Denner

Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter harsh flavor. Average light bitter harsh finish. Watery palate.

Etwas einsilbig, für mich zu wässrig. Die hopfige Bitterkeit ist das einzige prägnante Merkmal. Nicht das beste, aber solid.

Bottle, with a questionable thanks to derA. Clear amber color with white head. Aroma is floral, caramel. Taste is caramel, toffee, earthy, very simple. Oily mouthfeel. Meh.

lattina 33cl, schiuma media grana media persistenza, colore ambrato carico limpido, al naso e in bocca malto, leggero fruttato e alcool , carbonatazione media, corpo piatto, deciso amaro lungo nel finale. Non è un’ APA come chiaramente descritto dal produttore.

Keg at Bavarian Beer House in Cairns. Pours golden amber with a decent white head. Aroma of caramel and toffee. Tastes sweet, lots of caramel and malts. Not a hint of Hops. Mediocre at best.

6x0.33l cans from denner in basel.
pours a clear amber with a steady white head and a nice lacing. aroma of grains, grass, soap, a hint of floral hops. intense malty flavour; grains, white grape juice, flowers. oily mouthfeel. fruity bittersweet finish. not really an apa, but not bad nevertheless.

Süß bananiger Geruch. Im Antrunk primär herb mit nur geringer Bananigkeit, die auch im Verlauf im Hintergrund bleibt. Deutlich bitter, trocken erdig, etwas muffig. Bitterer, wenig hopfiger Nachgeschmack. Naja... 8/7/8/7/9/7

Klares goldenes Bier mit einer geringen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch schwach hopfig, Getreide. Geschmack getreidig, schwach hopfig, naja.
