Danke an anstei. Weicher, trocken hefiger Beginn. Helles Getreide, noch trockener werdend. Süffig, monoton, dennoch angenehm. Mittellanger Abgang, mild. 10/12/10/9/8/9

Draft at CBFZ 2017. Hazy pale yellow, white head. Aroma is mildly fruity. Taste is fruit, funk, yeast. Quite drinkable.

Bottle. Slightly hazy yellow color with creamy white head. Aroma is earthy, citrusy, hay, fresh yeasts, funky, beautiful. Taste is light biscuity, earthy, lemongrass, simplistic, with a dry finish. Thin-bodied and simple, but I wouldn't call it watery. There is a long pleasant aftertaste of earthy lemongrass. Still lacks a bit of flavour, at least for the cold autumn night on which I'm having this. A super balanced brew with beautiful aroma, though. And don't forget this is only 2.9% - I can hardly imagine a better beer at this strength that gets by without fruit, sourness, or overuse of hops.

Tap at CBFZ 2017. Pours cloudy pale yellow. Aroma is light pale malts, earth, bread. Body is light, balanced, refreshing and simple, with low flavours but not becoming too thin or watery. Dry palate. A really nice summer or table beer.
