Very lightly golden with a delicate and persistent foam, very nice presence in the glass. Behind the yeasty side, a hint of acacia, even small white flowers. Very persistent aromas hold. The first palate is supple and balanced, almost round, slightly marked by its waxed side. Very pleasant beer as an aperitif for beer lovers not too marked by bitterness, which does not prevent it from being thirst-quenching

Bottle from Drinks Vanuxeem, Ploegsteert, Belgium. Pours a hazy golden colour with a large thick foamy white head. Aromas of yellow fruits, apples and hedgerow. Taste has more apples, some lemon, light notes of bananas and melon, a touch of hedgerow and a subtle tartness on a light sweetish finish. Thinnish body with average carbonation. Inoffensive and refreshing on a hot evening but also nothing special.

330ml bottle. Pours a cloudy amber-gold with a medium, foamy, short lived, off-white head that laces. Aroma of grainy pale malt, Belgian yeast, red apple, clove and floral hops. Sweet flavour of grainy pale malt, peach, Belgian yeast, white pepper and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Not bad. Worth a try.

Bottle, 0.33l. Cloudy copper pour, three finger frothy off-white head, long lasting. Excellent retention, thick and sticky lacing on the glass. A bit undefined on the nose, grains, grass, some fruity and bready notes. Medium body, high carbonation. Fizzy and prickly mouthful, watery texture. Bittersweet taste, more on the bitter side. Aroma of malt, ripe fruits, yeast. Bready and grassy notes, hints of spice. Minerals, esters. Somewhat unbalanced and bland. Medium lasting finish, dry, lingering bitterness. Not bad but quite generic.
