Bottle from Pivný raj Pours pale yellow with white head. Yeasty on nose. Light clove. Tastes yeasty, bit clove, light banana. Not that exceptional, still tasty.

500ml bottle from Aldi. Hazy gold in colour, with a moderately-sized white head. Light and yeasty citrus aroma. Sweet and grainy malts, some orange peel, hint of banana leading to a smooth finish. Fine.

Such an odd Oktoberfest. I dig it, but isn’t representative of the style. A Hefe/Oktoberfest, very bizarre!

500ml can from BeerShtab in Moscow. Pours hazy gold with a tall white head. Aroma is grain, malt, slightly alcoholic. Taste is medium sweet, bread, grain. Light to medium bitter finish. Medium bodied.

On tap. . Pours amber with moderate foamy head. Aromas of bread yeast, pears, and cereal. Flavors of bready malts, dull citrus and cereal. Smooth and quaffable, but heavy.

[50cl bottle from my local Aldi.] A hazy straw coloured pour with a thick cream head; wheaty aroma with a touch of cloves; smooth grainy body with a sweet taste of banana and cloves; then a drier finish with lingering banana bread. Very drinkable.
