Süßlich-würziger Antrunk. Zum Hauptteil kommt eine honigartige Süße hinzu, zusammen mit einer grasigen Hopfenfrische. Diese süßliche Würzigkeit hat ihren Höhepunkt kurz vor dem Abgang, wo eine dezente, aber deutlich zu spürende Hopfenbitterkeit zu Tage tritt.

Bottle @ Home. Pours slightly hazy dark yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, grain, light yeast, hay, little sweet fruit. Flavor is malt, light yeast, grain, peach, hay. Medium body, lively carbonation. Easy and refreshing to drink. 041213

Bottle @ Zentraleuropäischer Wahnsinn 2. Pours slightly hazy pale straw with small white head leaving laces on the inside of the glass. Clear aroma of yeast with hoppy notes. Bitter, hoppy flavour with sourish and estery notes. Mildly sourish aftertaste. An OK Zwickel.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate to light malty, grain, hay, light hoppy, dry grass. Weak aroam ! Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120211]
