A bright buck hops with tradition, Tettnanger and Select. Golden yellow and slightly cloudy, the smell is banana. The malt aroma is sweet, the body full. The Bock has a honey-sweet taste, until the very bitter hops starts in the finish.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a short and slightly off-white frothy head. Starchy malty aroma with notes of bread, booze, caramel, and subtle fruity accents. Moderately sweet flavour, medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Bready malty base with notes of caramel, shades of hops and booze; slightly sticky finish with obvious notes of alcohol. Not that exciting. 25.IX.17

Rerate from cask at the Tap House Anniversary. Fresh apple/pear, light grain. Mellow light chewy mouthfeel, apple, light herb notes, slightly underattenuated, pie, light nut, young quaffable. Old rating: 6 4 5 3 11 Tap from the Camba booth at Drinktec. Hayish aroma, dusty, a bit grass. Hazy dark golden off white head. Medium light creamy body, quick herb and mineral finish. Meh

Tap. Clear amber color with white head. Aroma is toffee, candy, caramel. Taste is the same. Medium carbonation, thick mouthfeel. Quite disappointing.
