Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts mild, fine yeasty, not too dry. Mild fruity, modest sweet. Finish well balanced, less yeasty, quite drinkable. A good one.

Bottle. Golden-orange colour with an off-white head. aroma is sourness, wheat, orange, spices. flavour is sweet, wheat, fruit, orange, banana, cloves, lemon. Medium body. OK beer.

Süffig hefiger, aber auch sehr milder Antrunk. Das Bier bleibt süffig und verändert sich wenig, es wird etwas kerniger und somit fester. Zum Ende malziger, hier eher in die dunkle Richtung. Prickelnd, wenig bananig. Sommerweizen mit ausreichend Aromen. 7/10/9/9/7/9

Bottle, from trade with fonefan. It pours a finger-thick off-white head over a slightly unclear, golden-amber body. The aroma has a pleasant blend of wheat, banana and a little less cloves and lemon. Quite dry in the mouth, medium bodied and maybe a bit low on carbonation. The flavor has a touch of metal and bitterness in the end. Banana, lemon, wheat and cloves in the flavor. Lasting finish. A pleasant one, with a slim body, making it very drinkable, but on the other hand it doesn’t score equally high on the enjoyment scale. 110420

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ home.Murky medium orange orange color (grape orange color) with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate to heavy yeasty, fresh fruit, yeast, banana. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light fruity - citrus acidic with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20110310]

(swing top bottle) Cloudy, golden colour with a huge and slightly off-white frothy head. Yeasty and pronounced wheat-malty aroma with traces of cara-malt, bready notes and a delicately fruity touch of banana. Mildly sweet flavour with a touch of acidity, rather light bodied with a mellow carbonation. Present wheat-character with a whiff of cara-malt and banana-fruity notes; sweet and slightly sour-fruity finish wheaty finish with a slightly clove-spicy touch. A decent and rounded Hefeweizen. 27.X.10

Bügelverschlußflasche: Golden to deep golden, bigger and firm - slowly collapsing - off-white head; light to moderate citrussy and yeasty nose; ligt to moderate as well sourish-sweetish flavour, pretty light bodied and a bit fizzy; slightly lingering fruity-yeasty finish. Refreshing Weizen.........

Bottled (thanks Timo A!). Hazy orange colour with not too much head. Aroma is wheat, some fruits, mild yeast and some quite bready notes. Flavour is wheat, yeast and some mild notes of earth and quite fruity.
