0.5 l bottle from 'Rudat', best before March 2026. Hazy, golden with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, quite yeasty-spicy, slightly fruity-floral aroma of banana, clove, honey and light pear. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, rather yeasty-spicy and a bit fruity-floral taste of banana, clove, nutmeg, some honey and a touch of pear, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a bit chalky finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Decent Weizen.

Dorada amarillenta nebulosa. Blanca espuma no muy abundante pero persistente. Aroma especiado, notas acidas, levadura y de platano. En boca cuerpo moderado, gas punzante algo elevado. Sabor similar al aroma, ahora mas malteado pero con las mismas notas. Bastante típica del estilo.

Bottle from BiervanEijk, Steenwijk. Aroma is banana, bready wheat, clove, yeast, touch of citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter. Medium body. Well-rounded Hefe, good mouthfeel.

Im Glas orangegolden und trüb. Die ausgeprägte, weiße, feinporige Schaumkrone wirkt dabei flaumig bis cremig, gut stabil und auch langlebig. Die Duftaromatik zeigt angenehme Weizenmalznoten und einen zu erwartenden hefig-fruchtigen Bananenton. Die nicht untypische Würzenote fällt zu meinem Vergnügen nur sehr hintergründig aus und lässt diese Weiße sehr frisch wirken. Der Antrunk kommt sehr frisch, kräftig, aber fein karbonisiert, mit leichtem Weizenmalz und weicher Hefefrucht. Im Mundgefühl wirkt dieses Weizen sehr frisch, kräftig feinrezent, angenehm moussierend, cremig und hat einen angenehmen Körper mit passender Fülle. Aromatisch nimmt man, genauso wie schon in der Nase und im Antrunk leichtes Weizenmalz und etwas dominantere, fruchtige Hefenoten von frühreifer gelber Banane wahr. Sehr zart kommt eine ganz leichte Nelkenwürze aus dem Hintergrund hervor und der Hopfen spielt mit einer leichten Kräuterigkeit mit. So ergibt sich ein sehr stiltypisches und angenehm trinkbares Weizenbier. Auch wenn ich vom Weizenbier etwas abgekommen bin, muss ich dieser Weißen ein ganz gutes und solides Zeugnis ausstellen. Im Nachtrunk wirken Rezenz und Hefenoten sehr gut nach, bauen langsam ab und lassen eine leicht trocken-herbe Note über. Mein Fazit: Absolut fehlerlos, sehr stiltypisch und für meinen persönlichen Geschmack ganz okay. Mein persönliches kleines Plus ist die Tatsache, dass sich die Nelkennote nicht zu präsent zeigt.

Bottle. Malty aroma and taste, banana, light clove notes, light to medium bitter. Medium body, wheat bitter finish with light sweetish and sourish notes. Ok.
