Our aromatic pilsner possesses a delicate malt flavor combined with a fine bitterness, derived from the highest quality hops from the Hallertau at a refreshing 30 IBU. The first impression on the palate is pleasant and satisfying, followed by the balanced bitterness and aroma of the hops, which is more floral than tart; with its luminously golden yellow color, this an impeccable example of a traditional Bavarian Pils.

It is simply one of my favourite pils, well balanced, hop, bitter, herbal, refreshing and easy to drink, yellow body, drinking it sometimes when it was possible to get it at the grain d'orges, Crissier, good one.

Bottle. If you love Pilsner you will love this beer. Me, not so much. Clear gold color with a large head. Bitter grains in both aroma and taste.

On tap at Checkpoint Charlie. Szépen balanszolt mézes gabonás és füves komlós jegyek jellemzik illatában-ízében, kissé kesernyébe hajolva. Száraz, ropogós, frissítő.

Sweetish, slightly grainy malty and stuffy with hints of grass and earthiness.

Bottle at home. Aroma of grainy malt, hay, grass, some fruity notes, hint of hops. Flavour is slightly sweet with an above moderate bitter finish. Body is light. Fairly decent Pilsener with a good bitterness.

0,33 l bottle. Pours clear golden yellow with medium white head. Once it fades a veil remains and some decent lacing. Aroma is light pollen, some cardboard, malty grain, grassy and herbal hop notes. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter. Finish is medium bitter. Nothing really exiting...

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Clear gold with small white head, minor retention. Aroma of corn, grass, sweetness, light citrus. Taste is quite malty for a Pils with cereal and sweetness at the start but with a decent level of hopping. Quite bitter with grass, floral resin and a slight citrus zest note. Getting towards medium bodied, slightly oily, not as refreshing as some Pils. Its ok but not sure it quite works as a whole.
