On tap at Ølfestival 2011. A lightly reddish copper colored beer, clear, and topped by a two-finger pinkish white head. Fruit and sugar on the nose. Not very blackcurrant like I think, and to me that’s fine. Cellar, cherry, raspberry and some sugar on the palate, medium bodied, smooth and semi-tart. Cherry and cellar finish. A strange one, feels like it’s old and stale, definitely not my first choice. 110527

Draft @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. Pours an amber reddish color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity dusty and slightly tart black currant aroma. Fruity and slightly tart sour black currant flavor. Has a fruity sour black currant finish.

On tap at KØ2011. Red golden colour with a pinkish head. Aroma is black current, malt. Flavour is black currant, malt, fruit. medium body. Ok beer.

Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2011. Pours clear copper with a creamy white head. Oxidized and dusty. Almond , fruit and extreme dust. A bad keg again I think . .

Tap. Ruby with small off-white head. Flavour is malt, dry, fruit, blackcurrant, little sour and a little sweet.

On tap. Hazy reddish amber with a small and creamy off-white head leaving laces. Lightly tart and druity berry-like aroma. Light-bodied, a distinct tartness and notes of blackcurrant. Finishes mainly dry with a late light sweetness. 080510

Draught @ Bryggeri Skovlyst, Skovlystvej 2, 3500 Vaerloese, Denmark.Hazy medium red color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light pink head. Aroma is moderate forest berries, cassis, light tart and sweet berry, mazipan, phenol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20100411]

Draught at KØ10. OK fruity berry flavour. Hazy dark red colour. Small pink head. Tart finish, slightly dry. Not bad for a fruit beer.
