Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, dark brown with a small, beige head. Lovely aroma of dark, dried fruits and overripe plums - very complex. Rich, sweet, boozy body with all of the above. Warming finish. Super delicious. 010225

33 cl bottle poured into a Trappist glass. Vintage 2021.Dark mahogany colour with a thin tanned head. Sweet aroma with rich, dark malts, dark dried fruits and alcohol dense notes. The taste is sweet. Full body. Slightly drying fruity finish with lingering alcohol dense notes. Fair, especially considering the price tag. Sadly the trappist yeast doesn't show its full potential in this beer.

September 2019: 500 ml bottle, from Erling Christensen Møbler, Sindal. ABV is 10.2%, IBU 35. Hops are Nugget and Styrian Goldings. Very dark brown colour, moderate off-white to beige head. Aroma of malts, caramel, dark syrup / molasses, dark berries, dark dried fruits. Distinctly malty flavour, sweet but not too much, dark kandij sugar syrup, "spicy" trappist yeast, fairly distinct and spicy bittering hops. Good beer.

Bottle.Dark ruby colour with small white head.Aroma of toffee caramel and dark fruit nice toasted and roasted with good note of malt and caramel.

Bottle @Øllets Dag, Fredericia. nearly clear dark amber, small light beige head. Malty aroma, light dried fruit, hay. Sweet flavour, malty with light dried fruit, light raisins. Nice warmth.

DØE. Hazy dark amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dark fruit and light wood. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish with a little warming alcohol. 180517
