KØ15. Weak fruity aroma. Clear dark brown colour. Small stable tan head. The flavour is sweet, Even sugary. Quite roasted, perhaps a bit young.

From tap. Pours dark brown with a deep orange with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty and breadish. Toasted malty. Sweet and caramelish malty. Ligering toasted malty finish.

Bottle. It pours a dark chestnut color, unclear, with a dense, finger-thick beige head. The aroma is rather alcoholic and sweetish, with dried fruits, caramel and a vinous, woody vanilla touch. It’s sweet and woody on the palate, lightly warming, with a very soft carbonation. Full body. Caramel, dried fruits, vanilla hints, some chocolate notes and a faint bitterness in the flavor, lasting for a good while. A drinkable beer, but too cloying. 150328

Pours hazy dark reddish brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, toffee, brown sugar, alcohol and dried fruits. Taste is heavy sweet and light bitter with a long warm, sweet and fruity finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy amber with a small, off-white head. Yeasty nose, some sherry accents. Rich, sweet, sugary body, hardly any carbonation. And then this unpleasant yeastiness. Not so hot. 260215

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy nutty brown with a smallish off-white head. Lovely woody aroma with a slight tartness. Rich body, complex dried fruits, wood, a little tannins. Lowish carbonation. Some warming alcohol in the finish. Complex and delicious. 260215

Unclear matt medium orange amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, sweet yeast. Flavour is moderate to heavyy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, riped fruit - dried fruit, sugary fruit, yeasty. Copenhagen Ølfestival 2014. Hazy copper with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of bread and toffee with dried fruit and a touch of oxidation. Sweet and slightly tart malty flavour with toffee, dried fruit and dark sugar.
